CPP Credit not calculating for Canada employees paid a bonus - why?

Payroll processes Bonus checks for Canada and semi-monthly checks for the same pay period end 4/15/16.

 

• Due to time constraints, last week they processed the Bonuses first  (lump sum amount - via PR Workbench) with  Pay Cycle SEMICA/special version with a "3" in the Pay Period Number Semimonthly [PPM3] field on the pay cycle workbench setup; CPP taxes were taken out, as expected.
• This week they are paying the regular payroll with SEMICA/regular version with a "1" in the PPM3 field (like usual); we are missing CPP tax credits for EEs that got paid a bonus.
