PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER vs Bundle Patch

Hello,

Few days ago i asked you about PSU . I work with ORACLE databases on Windows environments. I would ask you about difference between PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE and Bundle Patch. What are a best practices to managed and apply these solutions?

Do you always apply PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE or rather PSU/Bundle Patch?
