Looking for the table that stores each users ASCP MRP preferences setups.

I am looking for the table that stores each users ASCP MRP preferences.  Per eTRM it should be this table - MSC.MSC_WORKBENCH_DISPLAY_OPTIONS  but when I run a select * sql statement I only get two records.  We have 100  users in ASCP that have saved their preferences.  If this is not the correct table then in which table is this data held that I can query to find user preference setups?   MSC_WORKBENCH_DISPLAY_OPTIONS is a table that stores the user display preferences for the Planner Workbench.
