doc id 2123528.1 says apply Demantra patches in this order

1. Patch 21094268 (signature 12250141)
2. Patch 22734399 (signature 12250156)
3. Patch 22970068 (signature 12250157)

There is also a Highly Recommended database patch:

Generic DB (highly recommended) 12.2.5.x Patch 22254051 sign. 12250139


We have already applied these

1. Patch 21094268 (signature 12250141)

2. Patch 22734399 (signature 12250156)

Generic DB (highly recommended) 12.2.5.x Patch 22254051 sign. 12250139

and need to apply

3. Patch 22970068 (signature 12250157)


Does it matter that Generic DB (highly recommended) 12.2.5.x Patch 22254051 sign. 12250139 is already applied?  Can we just apply Patch 22970068 (signature 12250157) now?
