How to Configure JAS instance in SAW? I would like to know the steps?

Client is on 8.12and tool release on 8.96.2.3.

They dont have server manger feature in existing setup, They are using to configure JAS instance through SAW. They have requested to create one custom environment and We have created the custom environment but I want to register JAS instance on the JAS server which is on windows.

I would like to configure JAS instance using SAW. Can you please share me the steps to configure JAS instance through SAW?
