Need to zip the file using of pl sql

Hi Team,

We have a file in data base directory(/temp/dev) (size greater than 20MB). we need to send this file using of smtp_utl. so first i need to zip the file in that dir and send using of smtp_utl. Can you please help me how can i zip the file which in database dir.
