RPC for EBS R12.1.3

Hello,

Do anyone know when RPC5 is going to be released for EBS R12.1.3 ?

So far we haven't applied any RPC but we are in a plan to apply RPC atleast this moment. so thinking of best is to have RPC5 as RPC4 is older than 8 months already.

Few other questions:

1. Which method is suggested ? have RPC as a bundle patch ( about 1.5 GB) or module wise RPC

2. If we go with RPC4 i think it covers up only Jul 2015 CPU patch so what we have to do if we want to have latest RPC and latest CPU

  like RPC4 + Jan 2016 CPU patch is this a best approach
