Anyone aware of this statutory report (營業成本表- close translation is operating cost report) for Taiwan

Wanted to know if anyone is aware of this report which is a statutory requirement in Taiwan. Client gave this name (and close translation seems to be operating cost). Wondering if this is something standard within Oracle (like periodic costing) or is this a custom report that needs to be developed. Since this is a statutory requirement, I am inclined to believe that Oracle standard functionality would be supporting this requirement.
