Creating sales order through interface

Hi,

I am using JDE9.2 and want to create SO in JDE and edit (Price/qty/ship to) through interface. What is the best way to create sales order in JDE through interface. Once sales order is created in JDE if external system do not have JDE sales order # what is the standard approach for edit.

Field for 3rd party system sales order.
