R09801 Error message in Workcenter - File cannot be Accessed

Hello

We have a couple fo end users in our accounts payable team who get an error message in their wokrcenter when they post a particular end users PO voucher match batch.

The message is as follows.

Subject: error file cannot be  accessed

Cause........error file cannot be accessed.

Solution....change IBM security or authority using the IBM EDTOBJAUT command.

This file cannot be accessed wiht the current IBM authority for the User executing this request.

Can anybody assist with this please?

i have checkd the data itself and appears to have posted ok to the F0911, F0411, F43121.

i have chekced the JDE security for all 3 users and they have exactly the same access.
