Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 12c instantclient TNSNAMES.ORA

When installing a minimum 12c instantclient I'm wondering which package would give me a TNSNAMES.ORA and SQLNET.ORA to start with.

After installing basic-windows, sqlplus-windows and sdk-windows I still don't have any TNSNAMES.ORA available.
