Dear All

We are facing issues in system in locking and releasing records. We have EBS version 12.1.3  and database version 11.1.0.7.0 We are using OM where customers place their orders. It often happens when during booking, shipping, canceling etc of orders system hangs and it does not get released until we use ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION command to release that hang. Why it is happening? Is this a database performance issue?
