Oracle Application 12.2 listener is not starting,Thus not able to open the login page on EBS.

Hi Friends,

1) I am in between of upgradation task of databsae from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 as I am following the document.ID ( ID 1623879.1).   in this doc it is said that you have to edit the context file by using the context editor by oracle application  manager. and update some variables in the file .so to do the steps mention I started the application services . by using the application script adstrtall.cmd when i check the log file the application listener is not up and failed to get start, below is the o/p of the script..

Executing service control script:

C:\oracle\VIS\fs1\inst\apps\VIS_srm40ult\admin\scripts\adalnctl.cmd start
