Defaulting Overall Rating in Performance Management System

Hello All,

we are in 12.2.4, implementing Oracle PMS. we have a requirement to default the overall rating to suggested overall rating in the overall rating & comments section.

Is there any functionality/workarounds available to achieve the same?
