Distributions For Tax Lines On Credit Memos was missed.

Dear experts, please help to solve the issue!!!

  1. Credit Memo has been created.
  2. Distribution Tax line was missed.
  3. Credit Memo has been disaccounted
    from Transaction.
  4. New Credit Memo has been created (distribution
    Tax line was generated successfully).
  5. A Debit Memo has been generated to close
    first CM.
  6. Accounting was generated correctly
    but there is Tax Balance visible on the Transaction form and some Reports.

          I found the Note Doc ID 1558857.1to prevent the issue
in future but what is it possible to do to fix current issue?
