MDS-01329: unable to load element "persistence-config" MDS-01370: MetadataStore configuration for me

Hi All,

We have upgraded our environment from vesrion 11.1.1.6.0 to version 11.1.1.9.0.We are able to start soa_server but unable to start soa_infra application.

When I tried to start the application from em console I am getting below error.

oracle.mds.exception.MDSExceptionList: MDS-01329: unable to load element "persistence-config" MDS-01370: MetadataStore configuration for metadata-store-usage "MAR_TargetRepos" is invalid. MDS-00929: unable to look up name "jdbc/mds/owsm" in JNDI context W

Please guide me on this why I am getting meta store error and root cause of this issue and also solution for this.
