OTL Time Keeper New Field

Dear All

We have created the custom field called 'JIRA TIcket number' in OTL Self service layout. It is a text field. We are using OTL with Projects. We are able to enter value against the new field in OTL Self Service timecard.

We are asked to bring in the same field in Time keeper. We have configuted and added JIRA TIcket field in Time Keeper.We are able to enter the value in Time keeper as wel.

However if the employee opens the timecard created in Time keeper thru Self serive , the JIRA TIcket field is not visible.  This field appears rightly when the employee createst he new timecard option.
