when PDB is not online in 12c

I recently posted a question and I got a remedy from this list. Unfortunately I cannot find it anymore among the posts.

The following had happened: In a 12c CDB I had some PDBs and for a reason I didn't know these PDBs were not

running after a while or after reboot. Don't recall exactly. Anyway, the trick I got from here was

to create a TRIGGER on startup event that took care to take all the PDBs online (in my humble wording)

Does anyone recall?
