FSG - Year to Date Actual

How do I get the year to date actual on a FSG report? By year to date, I do not mean from the beginning of time to the current date, but rather from the beginning of the current year to the current date e.g. if I am running the report on 11 April 2016, year to date should show net amount from Jan 1, 2016 to 11 Apr 2016.
