Just saying. I put a ticket in on Saturday for a problem with a standby, but because it's not a down production I can't make is a Sev 1.
It's now Monday afternoon and I've called twice, nobody available to look at the ticket because everyone is working on Sev 1 issues. They are too busy for anything lower.
When I just called a few minutes ago, the background music was so loud I couldn't hear the support person, like loud sort-rock music! Way weird.
Somebody is supposed to call me back so that I can hear then, but I have no hope.
