Agile PLM 9.3.5 Managed server services not starting..

We have installed Agile PLM 9.3.5 in cluster mode (Server1: Admin + managed, Server2 Managed Server) on windows 2012 OS. Both Admin and managed server services on Server1 came up without any issue but when trying to start the services on Managed server only server2) getting below error:

<BEA-000386> <Server subsystem failed. Reason: A MultiException has 2 exceptions.  They are:
1. java.lang.AssertionError: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
2. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: post construct on weblogic.server.channels.ChannelService
