Add Fusion Middleware/Weblogic Domain - Targets getting wrong Monitoring Configuration

Hi,

We are trying to add WL to a server thru the EM UI (Targets -> Middleware. then from drop down - Add -> Fusion Middleware/Weblogic Domain) but not all targets are being fully discovered on this one host.

The problem targets are either showing as down, or with metric errors. Other WL targets are being discovered on this same host with no issues.

When we right click on target ManagedServer_1 (which shows as down) and go to Target Setup -> Monitoring Configuration we see a Listen Address that is not reachable , and the Configuration Host Name is the load balancer for some reason.
