Single disbursement payment for multiple invoices which has different balancing segments.

Hi Gurus,

We have more than 90 Balancing segments under one legal entity and invoices created for the respective segments with liability accounts, and there is minimum one collection and disbursement account for each unit, but users wants to use a single disbursement payment account to pay these invoices at a time.

Balancing segments from 1- 90

Invoices created for all these 90 B/S with a liability account

Payment: Payment with the disbursement who's balancing segment is 1 as it head office .

As per my knowledge Intracompany setup need to be done and payment with EFT or wire method, but unable to understand will there b a any reconciliation issues or any other complicated issues in acheiving this..
