Forms 12c and tnsnames.ora configuration

Hello.

I just installed Forms and Reports 12C on an Enterprise Linux machine.

On 11G R1 there used to be netca executable under $ORACLE_HOME which I used to configure tnsnames.ora. I cannot find this executable now. I guess they just removed it.

Now my question is :

To configure tnsnames.ora now the only way would be to edit it with vi or am I missing something(i.e. any other tool)?
