ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist after upgrade 12.2.5

Hi,

I am a DBA(not much aware about functional aspects of ASCP)

  We are in the process of upgrade 12.2.5, all modules tested to be working absolutely fine except ASCP.

I list down the activities we performed to resolve ASCP issue.

1. The error we face after launching the plan (

Failed attempt to lock : LOCK TABLE MSC_ITEM_SOURCING PARTITION (ITEM_SOURCING_23) IN EXCLUSIVE MODE NOWAIT

ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist)


2. We applied the VCP CONSOLIDATED PATCH 2 FOR R12.SCP_PF.C.DELTA.6 (latest consolidated)--> no help, issue remains

3. We followed  2118784.1 ---> While creating new plan we face error: No free partitions. Copy plan failed.
