invalid option on pdb

Hi,

I have CDB which has one PDB called 'HR'

all options are installed and valid at CDB Level. But when I open the PDB I got a message that the PDB is open with errors, and this because the PDB has invalid options.

I ran @?/rdbms/admin/utlrp at sys schema in pdba, but didnot help.
