Can't enable auditing.

Having HFM 11.1.1.2.500 we try to enable auditing (for security purposes).

By default auditing is disabled

Under the Admin account we enter Hyperion Shared Services and go to the "Administration" menu:

Administration ->Configure Auditing and then, in the "Audit Configuration" dialogue select the checkbox "Enable Auditing", click OK, confirm YES and get and "Audit configuration failed" dialogue with no info about the reason or comments.

Where should I find an error? What's wrong?

Please, help.
