Context friendly error messages for Charge account invalid Error

Hello All,

While creating the purchase requisition in the iProcurement R12.1.3. We are facing the standard error message as "Account generation failed. Contact Purchasing Administrator if necessary".

The charge account error message occurs in any of the setups failing like incorrect expense account mapping, requester expense account is empty and many more scenario's.

For any of the scenario we just receive the generic error message as Account generation failed. Contact Purchasing Administrator if necessary.

Customer business is confused and do not known the next step or workaround to overcome this error message and complete the PR transaction.

We have requirement to modify the standard error message and to implement context friendly error message.
