signon take a long time.

hi,

we first upgrade for 9.10. but sign on into jde take a long time ( 30 second ). how to troubleshooting it ?

other case build full package take one days. but when I see build log gbrspec take 4 hours ( start : 10.47:21 until 15:44:58).
