PO Process Control Option, dispatch flag not getting checked off

Hello,

    We just went live with 9.2 and  are currently having to dispatch POs manually instead of using the PO Dispatch Batch job. Because when we are sourcing  the Req to a PO, even though we are selecting all the appropriate check boxes in order to allow PO dispatch after approval, the DISPATCH flag within the PO header details is not getting checked off.

After the research Ive done this specific field is Defaulted from the Auto_Souce Run Control.

Not sure where else to look.
