manage pro rated service contract duration

Can I manage items covered under a 7 year warranty contract, with a pro rated reimbursement by year (1-4 year 100%, year 5 25%, year 6 is 15% year 7 is 5%) using one service contract template?  I want to use only one warranty item in the bill for this warranty type, but I am not sure how to set up the required template
