oracle general ledger budget setup

Hi All,

I've a below requirement in R12 version. My org has 6 segments,

company, cost center, location, project , account.

My cost center has various assets and distributed across no of locations and assigned to specific projects.

We need to define absolute budgets to control costs at each vehicle level i,e cost center specific and locations.

Now, the requirement is i've the total Vehicle expenses amount as the natural account.

My ledger level require 'budget journal option' has been enabled.

To enter budget journal amounts for each combination is cumbersome, as i don't have each combinations

to budgeted amounts and it'll have hundreds of combinations if i derive each cost center * location * projects CCID will be hundreds.
