JDE 9.0 Tracking Timecard Changes

Hello,

In the P5505112 (Time Entry by Individual), Is there a way to track the history of who has made changes to timecards?

Also is there a way to restrict a user from deleting another users time card entries in the P5505112?   Example : Person A can enter/delete entries they've made but cannot delete something Person B has entered.
