SOE Rate Details missing Multiple

Hi,

We are currently on R12.1.3, and I have a question regarding the Employee Statement of Earnings form (PAYUSSOE) Rate Details button.

When we click the Rate Details Button, it pops up, but our Over Time element is not calculating correctly. It appears to be missing the Multiple. For example an employee has .5 hours of overtime at a rate of 17.44, normally we would calculate this as .5 * (17.44 * 1.5) for an amount = 13.08. However on the Rate Details pop up it shows .5 hours * 17.44 rate = 8.72 amount. As far as the SOE goes the over time is calculating correctly, but it does not show correctly on the Rate Detail screen. How can we fix
