Applying newly merged 12.2.0 upgrade driver fails at fa9777127_2.sql Line 677

ODoing the EBS 12.1.3 to EBS 12.2 Upgrade in Database 11.2.0.4

I am on step:

1.2) Apply the merged patch driver in its entirety following the Pre-Install and Post-Install Tasks of R12.AD.C (patch#10117518)

Merged to - 10117518_CUP6  ---- WENT FINE GOOD.

While:

1. 3.1 Apply Consolidated Upgrade Patch and Run 12.2.0 Upgrade (required)

        4. Apply the newly merged 12.2.0 upgrade driver (For example, - <AU_TOP>/patch/115/driver/u_merged.drv)
