How to permanently sort Offerings in OLM

In Oracle Learning Management, when you go to the Leaner's Offerings Page for a particular Category, it will list all Offering Names in Unsorted order.   Learners can manually sort it by clicking on the Offering Name.   However some learners are not intuitive to figure out how to sort.   We wanted the offering names to be already sorted once it displays on the page.   I tried extending the view object to add a sort but the view object is one those that just selects NULL for each column.  I've seen this kinds of view objects before and for the life of
