enterprise one slow to respond when doing a ship confirm

We are busy setting up a new server and for some reason when submitting a ship confirm its extremely slow to bring back the results via fat client and/or web client but has processed the actual transaction. There is no relevance to this in the logs as a error. Any ideas as it seems to be E811 Sp1 8.98
