Retroactive Pay Program (P186701)

Hello,

In the Retroactive Pay Program P186701, I would like to identify the year that the retro pay is for in the Explanation field (or another field if you're aware of one), but there doesn't seem to be an Explanation field available in P186701.  Do you know if there is a way to do this?
