How to implement changes in iSupport SR page?

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement where in we need to add/enable some fields required in the customized iSupport SR page. Currently what I have done is using the AK Html Forms Responsibility and navigate to the required region and edit from it and this is only in non-production environment.

With this, can you please advise how do we migrate this changes in Production. Is there a way like getting LDTs such in concurrent programs and etc?

Kindly share any docs or reference to perform this. Would appreciate any assistance.
