Error in Item sample form

An error message"All records failed after line validation" is appearing in the deduct sample quantity at the quality inventory sample, this happen only if you check the flag Update Inventory Quantity at sample window.

Form version GMDQSMPL.fmb     is.  120.108.12010000.39 .

Please let me know whether the error has appeared in 12.1.3 since now its happening in 12.2.4
