Eptelemon zombie processes - can't stop them

Hello all,

We have a sparc T5-2 server where it generates zombie processes every day.  Tried following Oracle's suggestions to stop them, https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E36784_01/html/E36797/golwd.html, but no luck.

My sparc T5-2 server is not connected to the Internet so we cannot perform regular updates.  Is there a patch we can apply to stop the zombie processes?  We have another T5-2 machine with identical specs and pkg's, but no zombie processes.  Not sure why this one is having them.
