Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Performance - EBS (MOSC)

Have a firewall and OEBS (12.1) and database ( 11.2.0.3 ) getting 12170 and 12547 errors.

Hello,

Since I have my firewall I have several error like 12170, 12535, , see below.

I did test : and for me it is not sqlnet because this night I did not error by sqlplus.

yesterday I opened a session by sqlplus and in the morning my connection was not stopped. ( Below my Test )

I understand that is a problem of timeout. but I would like understand what is the program which have a problem.

1 - but in my alert log of my database I I had got error : 12170. see below.

2 - my server client was traced and I see several error : see below too. error :ns main err code: 12547
