Validate Step very slow

Hello All,
the validate step takes extremely long, although there arent that many mappings (not more than a few in every dimmension), There are around 50K lines in the import, and the import file is executed extremely fast, but the validate step takes ages (the moment when he tries to fill tdataseg_t is the problem)
Anyone have an idea what the problem is?
