OMR and AWR repository as PDB

Hello,

Oracle Corp is not required Database license for OMR and AWR repository (if We have license for monitoring target database)

I want to build OWR and AWR repository as PDB on same CDB.

Is Multi-tenant option license needed additionally for this server?
