Tax amount is not coming on contract -- tax code is there on customer site

Hi All,

When creating a new service contract for customer 2217866, it is not showing amount for the TAX (at line and header level). For this customer, tax code is there in customer setup level.

Find attached screenshot for this (contract and customer). What can be problem in this.
