An active supplier party must become suitable for sales purposes

Hello,

I have a party with HZ_PARTY_USG_ASSIGNMENTS.PARTY_USAGE_CODE = SUPPLIER

I can see this party in Oracle customer online data librarian

I can see this party in Customer page through Order Management responsibility.

I cannot see this Party in Sales Manager responsibility.

How can this Supplier be suitable for sales people without creating a duplicate one?
