While installing 9.2 demo the path where the weblogic executable is saved is not being recognized

While installing 9.2 demo the path where the weblogic executable is saved is not being recognized. We have a 64 bit windows 8.1 OS.

We have the 32 bit JDK 7.9 installed.

while executing the -jar weblogic path on command prompt on admin mode the WLS java file fmw_12.1.3.0.0_wls.jar is not being recognosed.

Can you help.
