Sequence value is different from last ID present on table

Dear all,

during refresh process from PROD to UAT, happen always same issue about Data Block corruption ... I solved every time but I'm sure that logical issue is prsent on PROD too; I don't find error on log but during refresh process I cancel all about UAT database for used PROD data so issue may be present in PROD ...

I used Standard Edition 11.2.0.3, looking situation about sequence I read that DB has like last_number value 346580046 but as value for that key on the table I see value 346580037 ... could be that the problem ?

If I used dbv utility for analyze dbf file may have impact on database performance ? I should do in PROD ...
