How to find accounting entries for sales order ship and Autoinvoice for Process Manufacturing Enable

Dear All,

We need to create customized report to list accounting entries for sales order ship and auto invoice. Which includes COGS/Deferred, Revenue/Deferred and receivables.

What is the Form/Forms includes theses accounting events for Process Manufacturing Enabled organization and in which module?

What is the table/tables includes these records?

It is appreciated also if there is a SQL statement?

We are using ORACLE EBS R12.1.2; DB: 11.1.0.7.
