Siebel IP15 Installation Issues on Linux x_86_64.

We are in process of implementing Siebel IP15. Currently, installation is going on.

1. We configured the Gateway. It failed in the initial step when we give Gateway Hostname. With IP address, it was fine. I used export RESOLV_MULTI=off paramter before starting Gateway config wizard and it recognized hostname. Last step failed with popup "gateway configuration failed" however we do see gtwyns service in linux.

2. We started configuring the siebel server and initially, it failed to recognize the Gateway hostname. I stopped/started Gateway and after that siebel server wizard recognized Gateway hostname and wizard completed successfully.

Siebel service is not starting and the error is related to Gateway
